 | Cosy Peaceful Studio Apartment located on the corner of one of Barcelona's most exclusive streets, Rambla Catalunya with Carrer Mallorca.
The Studio is located on the top floor of a classic Modernist building with typical ornate designs and a classic lift with a wood finish. A peaceful and cosy apartment with a modern minimalist finish, it is suitable for business visitors, couples and small families.
The Studio has a spacious bedroom area with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, TV/DVD, AC/Heating, and a sofa-bed that can accommodate up to 1 extra guest if necessary (supplementary charge of 15 euros per extra person). Next door there is a basic en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.
The major attraction of this apartment awaits beyond the bedroom: Outside, there is a large sunny L-shaped terrace offering wonderful views of the surrounding areas and Gaudi's splendid Sagrada Familia is easily visible in the distance, as well as Plaza Espanya, Montjuic, and even the SeaThe spacious sunny terrace is complete with table and chairs so guests can enjoy a bite to eat or a drink or simply lie around improving their tan. | | Next to the terrace is a second room that houses the kitchen and dining area. There is a fully-equipped kitchen area with large fridge-freezer and a dining table for 4, so that guests fond of cooking will feel right at home.
This peaceful Studio apartment is located in the heart of Modernist Barcelona, less than 5 minutes from the famous Gaudi house museums La Pedrera and Casa Battlo. The main street Passeig de Gracia with its prestigious clothes shops and restaurants is just around the corner.
