	Pension San Vicente is a traditional Spanish town house providing modern accommodation with a home from home atmosphere.
	All rooms are ensuite with hot/cold air conditioning. We also have studios with kitchenette for self catering.
	Situated within the historic Old Town of Oliva, just a short drive to a fantastic beach and within walking distance of restaurants and historical sites.
	Oliva is a working Spanish town and the prices reflect this as you will discover when you come to visit. The people are friendly and welcoming as are we at Pension San Vicente.

Situated in the Old Town of Oliva and within walking distance of all local landmarks including restaurants and bars. A short drive to the beach and Oliva Nova golf course.
Directions	Situated just of the N332, turn right at the traffic lights after the petrol station and continue until you arrive in the Plaza.
Transportation	Train connection from Valencia to Gandia or Alicante to Denia and then taxi or local bus.
Airport	Valencia 78kms or Alicante 123kms

	Available Discounts: 15% discount for stay of 7 days or more

	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) 50% deposit required to confirm booking. Cancellation minimum of 48 hours in advance, 7 days in July and August.
