Near La Bellota, approx 1.5kms, there are bar/restaurants one of which has a swimming pool for the use of its diners.
The village of Alhaurin el Grande is a short drive or walk away and contains plenty of traditional Spanish life, shops, banks and a local market every Thursday.
It contains both Spanish and English bars as well as some of the best restaurants in the region. It is accessed by tarmac lanes (no tracks) with country bars and restaurants just 1.5 kms away-close enough to walk to but far enought away for you to enjoy the peaceful garden, patio and hot tub. | | Directions | La Bellota is just 3 kms outside of the village of Alhaurin el Grande. On the Mijas side of the village near Restaurante El Postillon.

It has off road parking behind electric gates that lead to the gates to its private garden, patio and hot tub and of course the accommodation. | | The GARDEN is self contained with dining area and gas barbecue, lawn, flowers, fruit trees and Jacuzzi, which can be adjusted so that it is heated for the winter, cool for the summer. | | The KITCHEN contains gas oven and hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster and electric kettle.
Washing machine facilities are also available.
The LOUNGE consists of double sofa, chair, dining table and four chairs, satellite TV, CD hi-fi.
