The first houses built in Barcelona were in the Gothic Quarter and in this area LA BARCELONETA,
giving it a particular charm all of its own. Down on the beach you will find any number of beach bars and restaurants
serving up tasty portions of paella and local fish freshly caught.
Within a few minutes stroll is also the Barcelona Port, where some of the finest sea food restaurants in the city are found.
There are lively bars and watering-holes of all varieties. Connecting onto this is the Gothic Quarter,
a beautiful area of 13th and 14th century buildings, with charming winding streets and stunning archways.
Here you will find the Picasso Museum, the basilica of "Santa Maria del Mar", the famous "Las Ramblas",
the "Palau de la Música" concert house and many other sites of interest.
The area is alive with little boutiques, art and craft shops, tapas bars and pavement cafes.
To the other side of Barceloneta you will find the Olympic Village, with its shopping areas, casino and frenetic nightlife.
There are also great connections to all parts of Barcelona, including Plaza Catalunyafor the tourist bus departures,

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! This is a Private Apartment. And the management office hours is EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.
FREE CHECK IN: 11 am to 21 pm
LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
40 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
Extra 20 euros to be added for each hour past after 01:00 am

An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card - Visa or Master Card - or via bank transfer, never check
a 35 Eur Last Day Cleaning fee has to be added to the final balance, paid upon arrival.
The final balance has to be paid upon arrival in cash. If you decide to pay the final balance with Credit Card it has to be advised fore handed. And a 3 % Bank Fee has to be added.
A 20% of the total price is required to confirm the reservation and can be done via any credit card or via bank transfer.
The rest of the rent cost have to be paid in cash when arrive. Remember, if there is no other option you can choose to pay with credit card but a 2,8 % charge is applied.
If you choose to pay the full reservation amount you can do it by credit card or bank transfer. But the credit card and the bank transfer fees are your responsibility to pay.
Please note that the reservation pre-payment is non-refundable. Reservations management generate costs, therefore HOLIDAYS IN BARCELONA can not refund the reservations pre-payment.
If the Cancellation is not made 15 days before arrival we will still charge for the rent once the apartment was kept free for you, and will not be rented in so short notice.
In case of cancellation having already paid the total cost:
-Cancellation one month before the arrival = 80% of the total amount.
-Cancellation 15 days before the arrival = 50% of the total amount.
A 150 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat
If client needs to change check out date it will be necessary to advise it to us 7 days before to arrange total charge of reservation, if not we we will keep it. |
